4 Yin/Restorative Sessions (Approx. 20-25 min each)
Restorative Movement: Connecting gentle movement with the breath on the rhythm of Alpha waves
Yin/Restorative (2 sessions): Exploring the human experiences in a variety of physical shapes, observing what is unfolding in each moment
Yoga Nidra: An invitation to rest in ease and yet awake present state
